VANRATH are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a medium sized manufacturing firm in Belfast who are searching for a Company Accountant to join their team. This role will assist the CFO in managing the company of less than 100 people. This role would be suited to an experienced individual who is looking for stability, joining a growing business. An experienced QBE Accountant who wants to oversee a small finance team.

What you'll do
- Management of staff and direct reports within the finance team
- Co-ordinating the staff for Sales Ledger/ Purchase Ledger/ Bank
- Monitoring stock
- Payment runs
- Preparation of Monthly Management accounts and Statutory accounts
- Preparation of various returns including VAT, Eire VAT reclaims
- Supporting the Credit Control function
- Helping to run the day-to-day business
About You
- Ideally suited to a Senior Bookkeeper, Company Accountant from a manufacturing background
- Part- Qualified ACCA or CIMA candidates or Qualified by experience
- Excellent people skills including management skills
- Can do attitude
