Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Belfast
A leading commercial law firm with a strong dispute resolution practice is looking to expand its litigation team due to continued growth. The team is well regarded for handling complex, high-value disputes across a range of sectors, delivering technically robust and commercially focused advice.
The Role & Team
You will join a dynamic commercial litigation team acting on a broad mix of contentious matters, including complex commercial disputes and construction-related litigation. The role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload, draft pleadings and submissions, advise on litigation strategy, participate in settlement discussions and ADR processes, and support senior lawyers on significant, high-value cases. There is also scope to be involved in business development and client-facing initiatives.
Experience & Skills
- Background in commercial litigation
- Strong drafting, advocacy, and analytical skills
- Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
