Commercial GAS Heating Service & Maintenance Engineer - GAS

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Gas Heating Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our client's successful and well-established Building Services division in Belfast. The Ideal Person
You will be a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer with up-to-date Gas Safe certification (COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A). You'll have practical experience in servicing, repairing and maintaining commercial boiler and heating systems across a wide range of customer sites.
You should also demonstrate:
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Previous exposure to commercial plant rooms and mechanical building services environments
A strong commitment to safety compliance and delivering a high standard of work
Confidence to work independently while contributing effectively within a team of skilled engineers
Background in Facilities Management or Building Services (highly advantageous)
Responsibilities
Performing routine servicing, maintenance, fault diagnostics, and repairs on commercial boilers, burners, and associated heating equipment
Carrying out PPM activities and responding to reactive works in line with service agreements
Assisting with installation and commissioning of boiler plant, pumping systems, pipework and associated controls
Ensuring all work aligns with Gas Safety Regulations and internal health & safety policies
Completing accurate service documentation and maintaining detailed records for each site
Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
Remuneration
£18 per hour + on-call/call-out allowance
