About You
- Valid commercial gas qualifications (COCN1 / CODNCO1 or equivalent)
- Proven experience fault-finding and repairing commercial gas boilers and plant
- Experience working within FM, public sector, healthcare, or education environments (beneficial)
- Able to work independently across multiple sites
- Customer-focused with a professional approach
- Full UK driving licence
What You'll Do
- Conduct remedial repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial gas boilers and heating systems within schools and colleges
- Diagnose faults, replace components such as pumps, valves, burners, controls, and pipework
- Ensure all systems operate safely and in compliance with regulations
- Complete reports, job sheets, and safety documentation accurately
- Liaise with engineers, helpdesk teams, and site staff to deliver high-quality service
