Commercial Finance Assistant Accountant (12-Month FTC - Leading FMCG Brand)

This immediate 12-month FTC presents a unique opportunity for an ambitious part-qualified accountant to step into a commercially focused role, gain hands-on business insight, and benefit from full study support within a high-performing finance team.

What You'll Do

Work directly with the Commercial Manager to deliver impactful financial insight
Support margin analysis, benchmarking, budgeting and forecasting activity
Contribute to procurement initiatives and cost-saving projects across the business
Maintain and review contract information and support payroll benchmarking
Investigate stock losses, support quarterly stock counts, and analyse key trends
Produce clear, commercially focused reports to support strategic decision-making

About You - Essential

Part-qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or actively studying
Strong analytical and communication skills
Advanced Excel capability
Confident engaging with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Proactive, inquisitive and results-focused
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
