About you

• Qualified UK or Eire lawyer with relevant post-qualification experience in software within a corporate firm and/or in house.
• High-level negotiation and excellent legal drafting skills.
• Significant experience of drafting negotiation technology and services related contracts in time sensitive parameters.

What you'll do

• Draft and negotiate complex non-standard technology agreements. Ability to draft bespoke agreements and terms is required in a time sensitive environment.
• Provide general legal support to all areas of the business.
• Understand software products, software implementation, managed services, cloud services along with data security, and privacy process issues.
• Guide the sales team during negotiations, and in many other contexts.
