About you
- Qualified solicitor with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial contracts law.
- Strong expertise in contract law and commercial transactions.
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in legal research with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
What you'll do
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts.
- Offering sound legal counsel to clients on contractual matters and commercial transactions.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research to stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assisting in due diligence processes and risk assessments for commercial transactions.
- Collaborating closely with senior solicitors and partners on complex cases and transactions.
