About you

  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a similar industry
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel, with experience in complex data analysis and reporting tools
  • Effective communicator with the ability to present complex financial data clearly
  • Relevant accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are advantageous

What you'll do

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario planning and investment appraisals
  • Conduct variance analysis and monitor KPIs to track and explain financial performance
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and various departments to support strategic initiatives
  • Prepare insightful financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
  • Provide financial insights for M&A activities, capital allocation, and long-term growth projects
