About you
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a similar industry
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel, with experience in complex data analysis and reporting tools
- Effective communicator with the ability to present complex financial data clearly
- Relevant accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are advantageous
What you'll do
- Lead the annual budgeting process and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario planning and investment appraisals
- Conduct variance analysis and monitor KPIs to track and explain financial performance
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and various departments to support strategic initiatives
- Prepare insightful financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
- Provide financial insights for M&A activities, capital allocation, and long-term growth projects
