Job Description

Vanrath are delighted to be supporting our Public Sector client in their search for a Co-production Partnership Lead to join their Senior Team on a temporary basis for 6 months initially. This is a pivotal role within an essential services organisation based in Belfast.

Employment package:

  • £40,057 (Band 7)

Summary of the role
The Partnership Working Officer will be responsible for driving, enabling and facilitating the delivery of an organisation-wide approach to Experience, Involvement (PPI), Partnership working and Co-production ensuring that they are embedded into the culture, ethos and practice of the Organisation.

Working in partnership with staff, service users, carers, the public and the wider community and voluntary sector, the post-holder will be responsible for supporting and facilitating a strategic and integrated approach to ensuring that Experience, Involvement (PPI), Partnership working and Co-production are integral within the development and delivery of services.

Leading on and assisting with specific internal projects and programmes to improve the quality of care provided, the post-holder will also support the coordination and consistency of plans being developed regionally and by other partner HSC organisations working to develop an affective and coherent teamwork approach across the HSC system.

The role-holder will also provide advice, information, education, training, coordination and support to managers and staff within the organisation to facilitate the continued development of Experience, Involvement (PPI), Partnership working and Co-production as well as providing ongoing support for users and carers in their involvement with the Trust.

Candidate profile
We welcome application from candidates who are abe to demonstrate the following:

  • A university degree or recognised professional qualification (NQF level 6) or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years' experience of delivering outcomes within an experience, involvement (PPI), partnership working, co-production, community development, or service improvement role.

OR

  • 5 years' experience of delivering outcomes within an experience, involvement (PPI), partnership working, co-production, community development, or service improvement role.


PLUS

  • A minimum of two years' experience delivering outcomes with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders including the voluntary and community sector.
  • Evidence within work practice of a high level of commitment, understanding and innovation in developing opportunities for experience, involvement (PPI), partnership working and co-production.
  • Evidence of a commitment to the provision of high quality and safe services with an ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Experience of designing and delivering training
