CloudOps and DataOps Support Lead (Based Anywhere is Europe)
I am delighted to be working with a global company who are at the cutting edge in terms of technology around Cloud and DataOps. The company are looking for a CloudOps and DatsOps Support Lead to help build out the team and really help provide first class support to the customers. The company partners with Snowlflake and are very much on an upward curve with an exciting time to join and can be based anywhere in Europe.
Key Duties & Responsibilities for the AWS DevOps Engineer (Python)

• Help building and lead a team of DataOps Support Analysts and Engineers
• Act as a mentor and coach to the DataOps Support team
• Enable Analysts and Engineers to diagnose and resolve customer problems
• Ensure customer requirements are prioritized according to existing SLA's
• Work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to identify required product enhancements
• Assist in the Quality process of fixed bugs and new software iterations

The Ideal Person:

• A thorough understanding of support practises and principles within a 24/7 'follow the sun' environment
• A good technical understanding of DevOps and Data principles
• DBT
• AWS
• Python and/or scripting language
• SQL
• CI/CD
• Experience with Database solutions with an expectation of learning Snowflake
• Agile mindset
• Comfortable with working remotely and with colleagues across various timezones

Remuneration
Salary for the role is flexible depending on levels of experience but would be between 60-80k for the right candidate along with great benefits and a relaxed office culture.
