Role Title: Client Coordination Specialist
Location: Belfast (Lisburn Road) - Hybrid working available (3 days in office, 2 from home)
Schedule: Full-time, Permanent | Monday to Friday | Flexible start times (8:00-9:00am)

Salary: £27,000-£29,500 + Comprehensive benefits + Career advancement prospects

About the Opportunity
VANRATH is supporting a well-established consultancy and order fulfilment organisation in their search for a driven and capable professional to join their operations team. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and cross-functional teamwork.

Key Functions

  • Handle client order entries and sample requests with accuracy and efficiency

  • Coordinate with external delivery services, internal account teams, and clients to ensure seamless fulfilment

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and issues

  • Generate and distribute daily performance metrics relating to sales activity

  • Maintain scheduling data for outbound logistics

  • Collect documentation and approvals related to refund and adjustment requests

  • Perform administrative duties including record-keeping and document organisation

  • Occasionally support front desk operations when needed

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including sales and senior leadership

  • Provide backup assistance to other operations and finance team members when required

  • Flexibly take on additional responsibilities in response to business needs

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a planning, administration, or customer service role

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

  • Capable of multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced work setting

  • Quick learner who embraces new challenges with enthusiasm

  • Team-oriented mindset and a willingness to support colleagues when needed
