VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a Major Client with the Recruitment of a Facilitates and Cleaning Team Lead based at their Derry site for a Permanent Contract of 25 Hours Per Week.
Hours - 25 Hours Per Week / Permanent Role
Salary - Fully Negotiable Depending on Experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day cleaning function to ensure all team members are managed in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, schedule and direct the work efforts of the team.
- Plan / Complete Audits and record same
- Establish / Maintain Cleaning Schedules
- Plan / Maintain shift rota's ensuring shifts are covered for holidays and absences
- Coach & Mentor, development programs, Disciplinary & Grievance, Abssence management, investigations and performance appraisals.
- Reception Cover for breaks and Holidays
- Weekly Stock Checks for cleaning & relevant office consumables / materials
- Training: Ensuring training is kept updated for the cleaning team to meet company target / goals.

- Sufficient physical strength to perform manual labour activities.
- Be computer literate with experience in Word & Excel software packages, Equator, SAP & Agility knowledge would be advantageous.
