About you

  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
  • Recently achieved MRICS status
  • Proven experience in a commercial consultancy environment
  • Strong technical knowledge across professional and project services
  • Confident in managing client relationships and working independently
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Possess a full UK driving licence

What you'll do

  • Deliver professional services including dilapidations (for landlords and tenants) and condition surveys
  • Manage contract administration and project projects from inception to completion
  • Conduct reinstatement cost assessments and defect diagnoses
  • Prepare technical reports and scheduled preventative maintenance plans
  • Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment
