About you
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
- Recently achieved MRICS status
- Proven experience in a commercial consultancy environment
- Strong technical knowledge across professional and project services
- Confident in managing client relationships and working independently
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Possess a full UK driving licence
What you'll do
- Deliver professional services including dilapidations (for landlords and tenants) and condition surveys
- Manage contract administration and project projects from inception to completion
- Conduct reinstatement cost assessments and defect diagnoses
- Prepare technical reports and scheduled preventative maintenance plans
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment
