About you:

  • Over 2 years' experience in Organisational Change Management, preferably within highly regulated or unionised environments
  • Proven track record managing HR transformation projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work on complex initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices
  • Demonstrable understanding of employment legislation, staff engagement, and redeployment processes
  • High level of confidentiality and independence

What you'll do:

  • Lead the implementation of a major organisational restructure, ensuring smooth transition and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and manage change management plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate communication and engagement strategies to keep staff and stakeholders informed and supportive
  • Maintain oversight of progress, report regularly to the Implementation Working Group, and resolve issues proactively
