About you:
- Over 2 years' experience in Organisational Change Management, preferably within highly regulated or unionised environments
- Proven track record managing HR transformation projects and multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work on complex initiatives
- Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices
- Demonstrable understanding of employment legislation, staff engagement, and redeployment processes
- High level of confidentiality and independence
What you'll do:
- Lead the implementation of a major organisational restructure, ensuring smooth transition and stakeholder engagement
- Develop and manage change management plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Facilitate communication and engagement strategies to keep staff and stakeholders informed and supportive
- Maintain oversight of progress, report regularly to the Implementation Working Group, and resolve issues proactively
