You will be responsible for driving the change management process within our Infrastructure and Cloud Operations (ICO) organization, including defining and implementing processes, running change advisory board (CAB) calls, and reporting on operational performance as it relates to infrastructure change cycle. This includes maintenance activities, as well as new implementations across our global data centers. Candidates must be passionate about technology, love customer service, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The role's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute change management plans
  • Execute change management processes to coordinate, review, and control all production services changes in collaboration with all stakeholders
  • Chair regular CAB meetings
  • Guide discussions from requesters to gather appropriate information and risk profile based on the type of change being submitted
  • Deliver routine change management reports to include details such as change velocity and results
  • Maintain change calendar to assist with visibility and scheduling conflicts
  • Create documentation, and support the design and delivery of training programs related to change management
  • Collaborate with all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to senior management
  • Work with a globally-distributed team across multiple timezones

Experience (Essential):

  • Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience) related to Information Systems, or an equivalent technical field
  • At minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Change Management role
  • Strong knowledge of change management processes
  • Knowledge of and experience managing change related to network services
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Practical application of current/emergent technologies, Agile IT, ITIL and continuous improvement (CI/CD) practices and techniques
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach

This is an excellent opportunity with a negotiable salary depending on experience but can range from £65-75k depending on experience.
