About your next employer

The Casework Officer role is to undertake initial assessments of complaints received by the organisation. You will provide advice and assistance to the service users, will signpost where appropriate and will provide additional administrative assistance as required.

About you

  • Educated to A level standard or equivalent
  • Two years' relevant experience in an administrative role in a busy customer service environment
  • Previous experience using a case handling system and understanding of maintaining them
  • Previous experience preparing draft reports
  • Ability to work as part of a team

What you'll do

  • Undertake an initial assessment of each case received within target timeframes
  • Review and assess complex information
  • Request and obtain material required for investigative purposes
  • Undertake interviews with service users who call into the office for advice
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to Investigating Officers
