Call Handler(£22k) (Immediate Start) (Hybrid/Belfast)

This is a Hybrid working position - 2 days work from home & 3 days will be spent in the Belfast office - in Dargan Crescent. First week will be training in-office - Full Equipment provided for home working.

Shifts are done on a Rota basis on a Monday - Sunday shift pattern.

This is an immediate need for the company, and individuals who are immediately available will be preferred to others. Initially this will be a temporary contract (Great likelihood of Permanency depending on performance).

Salary

£21,000 - £22,000 + other Additional Benefits (Top Company)

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for our customers via inbound calls and other methods of communication.#
• Providing a great customer service experience.
• Direct, when appropriate to other departments to address the customer's needs.
• Accurately recording/logging interaction with customers and updating account information.
• Working with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers.
• Address customer questions about new products, services, promotions

VANRATH began in 2000, when a senior level accountant was on the lookout for new opportunities. Wayne Sullivan discovered that professional recruitment services for accountants was not quite the experience he had expected. His entrepreneurial nature and a drive to help other accountants like himself to realise their career aspirations, was the 'light-bulb' moment that encouraged him to start a recruitment agency like no other. Initially setting up shop in Dublin the name was founded, VANRATH, an amalgamation of the 2 founding partners names. In 2002, Wayne decided to return home to Belfast to take on the Northern Ireland market. He purchased VANRATH's first official home on the 6thfloor of Lesley suites which enabled the business to hit the ground running with the establishment of our Accountancy Team

IT recruitment was VANRATH's next big venture and in 2004 the team has grown the IT business into the largest IT recruitment business in Northern Ireland.
