VANRATH are recruiting a CAD Technician to work for an innovative Contractor that specialise in modular build.

Client:

Our client is an innovative contractor that specialise in modular build projects throughout the UK and Ireland.

Summary:

The CAD Technician will play a vital role in creating detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read, interpret and produce technical drawings to specification
  • Producing detailed CAD drawings
  • Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and other design professionals
  • Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of innovative projects
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Health and Safety policies and procedures

The Ideal Person:

  • Experienced CAD Technician
  • Experience in Revit is a valuable bonus
  • Excellent IT skills especially Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively both alone and in a team environment
  • Ideally from a joinery background
