VANRATH is proud to be working with a renowned global manufacturer in their search for a Manufacturing Systems Lead to join their expanding production team.
This will be based in the Company's site in Dungannon - Permanent Role - Monday - Friday
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manufacturing Systems Leader to join a global industrial equipment manufacturer at its Dungannon facility. Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager, this role will involve leading a specialist team responsible for manufacturing and production systems, playing a key part in driving operational excellence across the organisation.
The Role:
Lead and develop a team to ensure system integrity and data compliance within production control
Create and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand and sales forecasts
Oversee inventory levels, spare parts, and ancillary orders to support manufacturing operations
Promote a strong, data-led culture across the department
Establish, maintain, and train teams on standard work processes
Investigate system discrepancies through root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
The Person:
At least 3 years' experience working with MRP systems
Strong understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs)
High level of IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
