About you
- Third-level qualification in business, engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in a busy office or supply chain environment
- Strong IT skills with experience using ERP or MRP systems
- Experience with Oracle is desirable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- CIPS qualified or working towards it is preferred
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
What you'll do
- Schedule and manage the flow of production parts from suppliers to support manufacturing
- Liaise with suppliers and internal production teams to maintain supply continuity
- Raise purchase orders and approve supplier invoices
- Monitor and update pricing agreements
- Support tendering and pricing requests
- Attend daily planning and control meetings
- Maintain accurate data within the ERP system
