This role will initially completely Working from Home, with views to move to Hybrid working once the guidance has been lifted.

This is a Monday - Friday (Permanent) position.

Salary/ Benefits

Responsibilities

Looking for a Project coordinator to join the firm's Business Project Team. This team has been specifically created to help the organisation deliver complex, challenging and exciting projects. No two projects are the same, they are however generally global in nature, and wide ranging from improving the business (maximising efficiency and minimising risk), addressing legislative changes (GDPR, DAC6) to growing our business (opening of new offices, transitioning of services across the firm).

To start off with you will be working on a project to grow our advanced delivery service, initially focusing on the opening of a new office in Australia.

You will be responsible for coordinating the schedule, communications, issues and risks of the project. It will be your job to make sure the project is well-organised and that it runs smoothly. Effectively you will be the grease that keeps the multiple facets of a complex project moving in the right direction.

The Ideal Person:

The candidate should have the following or equivalent:

  • At least 2 years' experience of working in a business / project co-ordination role working across functions

  • Project management qualification

  • Experience in business process improvement / transformation projects would be desirable
