Business Development Manager - Facilities

About You
Proven sales experience, ideally within facilities management, commercial cleaning, or services sold into buildings, warehouses, logistics, or industrial environments
Track record of winning new business and developing long-term client relationships
Strong networking and prospecting skills
Full UK driving licence
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and territory
Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools
What You'll Do
Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial buildings, offices, warehouses, and industrial facilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including facilities managers, operations managers, and procurement teams
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and service presentations
Prepare tailored proposals and tenders to win new contracts
Manage and grow a sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Represent the business at networking events and industry meetings
