Business Development Manager - Facilities

About You

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within facilities management, commercial cleaning, or services sold into buildings, warehouses, logistics, or industrial environments

  • Track record of winning new business and developing long-term client relationships

  • Strong networking and prospecting skills

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and territory

  • Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools

What You'll Do

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial buildings, offices, warehouses, and industrial facilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including facilities managers, operations managers, and procurement teams

  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and service presentations

  • Prepare tailored proposals and tenders to win new contracts

  • Manage and grow a sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

  • Represent the business at networking events and industry meetings
