Business Development Manager (Distributor)(Hybrid) + Car

Job Description

VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Business Development Manager for a leading electrical product distribution company, that places immense value on their staff.

The current product range has evolved to offer an extensive range of products for the lighting industry.

The client's product portfolio includes Holophane , Hacel and JCC for distribution throughout Ireland.

This client is acknowledged to be one of the leading lighting solutions distributors in the Ireland.

Hybrid / Field working - (Monday - Friday)

This is a Monday - Friday position - Permanent.

Salary:

£30,000-£45,000 + £5,000-£10,000 OTE on top + Company Car + Significant Growth Potential

Responsibilities:

This role will involve looking after the Northern Irish Market - and will involve external sales.

There will be a mix of gaining new business and taking care of existing accounts.

Ideal Person:

  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a field sales or business development role, ideally selling within construction, manufacturing or engineering sectors.
  • A proven track record of sales achievement.
  • Demonstrate that you can close deals.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with the key decision makers and influencers, selling top down.
