A leading EV Solutions company has been evolving and they are now looking to bring in a Business Development Manager (Workplace and Fleet EV) to the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join a company that offers continuous progression opportunities.

£32,000-£35,000 + Commission (£50,000 OTE) + Company EV + Free home charging point

We are seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager for a thriving industry, one that continues to grow exponentially as the attractiveness and government legislation around electric vehicles continues to drive demand for more EV charging points the across the country.

  • Scope, identify and convert opportunities for Electric Vehicle charging solutions Workplace, Fleet and shared parking locations across the island of Ireland
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and develop new business, nurturing these relationships to support the continued growth and success of the company
  • Work in close collaboration with our technical team to ensure timely completion of presales surveys and estimating costs for workplace/Fleets EV Charging solutions
  • Promoting our products and services to prospective clients through prospecting, face-toface consultations, owning customer contact from lead to successful agreement of signed contract
  • Meet and exceed targets and deliver sales through high levels of self-driven activity
  • Be an ambassador for the company to maintain and enhance our reputation with customers and partners within the industry
  • Understand the market dynamics in detail i.e. key customers, industry challenges, market trends
  • Ensure all communications are thoroughly and efficiently recorded on our internal CRM system

Essential Criteria:

  • To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate proven success in business-tobusiness technical sales
  • Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of fast-changing technical aspects of Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure in a Workplace, Fleet and 3rd party environment
  • Clear communicator with a focus on listening and acute attention to detail, sharing accurate information about our products and services
  • Be a self-starter, able to work autonomously and be driven by the need to exceed sales targets
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Experience of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or equivalent system
  • Full clean UK/ROI driving licence

Desirable Criteria:

  • Proven success in B2B sales or similar in technology, construction, electrical, renewables or EV Charging industries is desirable
