With a reputation for excellence and growth, they are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join their field based sales in Belfast and drive new business opportunities across Northern Ireland.

The requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in sales, business development within life sciences or medical sales.
- Confident communicator comfortable engaging with senior professionals
- Previous field based or face to face sales experience is ideal
- Experienced in using LinkedIn for research and prospecting
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Autonomous, resilient, and target-driven mindset
- Full right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving license.
The role:
- Regular customer visits with 3 days on the road.
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Research and build targeted account lists within medical sector across Northern Ireland.
- Attend introductory client meetings, gaining valuable consultative sales experience
- Maintain detailed records of all activities within the CRM system, supporting follow-ups and proposals
- Represent the company at local networking events, building relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance campaigns and share market insights
