Business Development Executive - Belfast / Hybrid - 36k

Job Description

VANRATH are recruiting a Business Development Executive to join a leading property company in Belfast. Hybrid working on offer after training (up to 2 months training), up to 3 days per week from home.

Remuneration:
£35,000 - £36,000+ benefits package including pension, private medical insurance, rewards, life assurance and free on-site parking.

The Role:

To act as a company ambassador and customer liaison within a defined territory - this role is primarily field based but will involve working from home and some office work.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to customers, build relationships with government agencies, private sector clients, stakeholders etc.
  • Manage stock in a geographical area, attend trade shows, seek out new business.
  • Engage with stakeholders to develop the brand.

The Ideal Person:

  • Matching qualification for property / commercial business, or 3 years experience
  • Ability to generate new leads and develop new business.
  • Experience within property / commercial business / housing provider.
  • Sales or Business Development experience.
  • Holds a full, valid driving licence.

Desired:

  • Professional housing / property certifications such as CIH Level 3.
