They are adding a new Business Development Executive to propel their sales efforts across the UK, Europe, and the USA. This is a strong opportunity to play a pivotal role in bridging marketing campaigns with impactful sales outcomes, while gaining international experience in a fast-paced environment.

About you:

  • Graduate with strong desire to start their career in sales.
  • 1 year commercial experience in an outbound sales role is desirable.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Well-organised, proactive, and tenacious follow-up abilities
  • Comfortable engaging with prospects across various channels: Email, Phone, LinkedIn etc
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) is beneficial
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and industry events.

What you'll do:

  • Follow up on inbound leads generated by our marketing team.
  • Initiate outbound outreach campaigns to target potential clients via emails, calls and business social media such as LinkedIn.
  • Support the sales pipeline from initial contact through to conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign activities and provide valuable feedback
  • Attend and assist with trade shows, webinars, and industry events globally
  • Manage CRM data to ensure accurate reporting and effective follow-up strategies
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth objectives.
