Due to continued expansion, they are looking to hire a Business Development and Account Manager to drive new business and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Role Overview
Reporting to the commercial leadership team, the successful candidate will focus on both new client acquisition and account growth, contributing directly to sustainable revenue development. The role is field-based, requiring travel across multiple territories, with a structured, target-led approach to managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory plans to expand the customer base
Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring long-term engagement
Conduct client meetings, both in-person and virtually, aligned to business growth objectives
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client briefings
Keep abreast of competitor activity and market developments to identify opportunities
Maintain accurate pipeline records and sales activity within CRM systems
Collaborate with internal technical and operational teams to deliver customised solutions
Support the improvement of sales processes and client engagement practices
Candidate Profile
Essential:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong relationship-building skills and professional presence
Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
Well organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing a regional territory
Proficient in CRM software and standard business tools
Willingness to travel across NI and wider UK
Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
Experience in a technical, industrial, or project-driven sector
Exposure to working alongside engineering or operational teams
Understanding of consultative or solution-based sales methods
