Business & Governance Manager

VANRATH are supporting our Public Sector client in their recruitment of an interim Business and Governance Manager to join their team based in Belfast city centre.

The successful candidate will support the SMT by leading on business performance reporting and performance management.

About you

The successful candidate must demonstrative on their CV how meet the below essential criteria:

• A relevant university degree or equivalent.*
• Have at least 3 years' experience working in a middle management capacity in a business support environment, including experience of supporting services across Performance Management, Growth and Governance.
• Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement experience.
• Competent in extracting and analysing data to measure performance, outcomes and growth.
• Experience of working at a middle to senior management level within a large and complex organisation.
• Confident in managing change.
• Have excellent leadership skills to promote effective team working and deliver objectives.
• Proven ability to set targets and meet deadlines.
• Evidence of report writing and presentation skills.
