VANRATH are partnering with a commercial building surveyor consultancy based in Belfast with projects in NI and across the UK. Working with some of the biggest contractors on commercial properties across the skylines of Belfast, Manchester, Edinburgh and London.

What you'll be doing:

• Perform thorough inspections and assessments of commercial properties for compliance, safety, and functionality.
• Generate detailed reports with findings, recommendations, and cost estimates for repairs and improvements.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to plan and execute projects.
• Utilise advanced surveying techniques and software to accurately document building conditions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations through ongoing professional development.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in surveying, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Professional certification as a surveyor or building inspector preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial building inspection, assessment, or surveying.
• Proficiency in industry standard surveying equipment and software.
