Building Project Development Officers (Public Sector)


Are you looking for a Building Project Development Officers (Public Sector) role? Interested in working for a large public body for a period of 6 months+?

VANRATH are recruiting a Building Project Development Officer to be responsible for the delivery of assigned projects within the Client's Capital and Minor Works projects programme of work

Remuneration:
c£36,371, alongside holiday entitlement and pension (from day one).

The Ideal Person

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a Building related subject.
  • 3 years' experience of managing minor works projects from design to client handover clearly demonstrating experience and competence in the following areas:
  • Successful delivery of commercial/public capital and minor works projects
  • Successful management of budgets
  • Experience in dealing with a range of stakeholders
  • Membership of a recognised professional body relevant to the post
  • Hold a full current driving licence to drive within Northern Ireland and access to a form of transport


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of assigned projects within the Client's Capital and Minor Works projects programme of work
  • Delivery of the capital plan on time and within budget
  • Delivery of a quality project(s) meeting needs of both Client and end users
