About your next employer

The purpose of this role is to grow the business through the execution of the organisations commercial plan. Working closely with the Marketing Manager implementing the commercial and brand strategy using innovative communication strategies to improve and challenge brand perception.

About you

• A third level Marketing or Business qualification
• 5+ years proven experience preferably within a FMCG organisation
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What you'll do

• Ensure the marketing strategy is in line with agreed budgets
• Provide direction and leadership to the marketing team
• Ensure independent and company owned stores are supported with strong marketing plans
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Achievement of brand targets with strong understanding of the customer segments
