Brand Manager (FMCG)

Job Description

VANRATH have partnered with one of the Ireland's leading food producers, servicing servicing the North and South.

The client is seeking to add a Brand Manager to the well-established team, the office is based in Monaghan.

As a member of the marketing team the purpose of this role is to grow the business through the execution of the commercial plan and to contribute to developing the brand with clarity, innovation and passion.

Salary:

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the brand's strategic direction, ensuring consistent positioning across all touch-points and driving measurable growth.
  • Manage the marketing department's day-to-day operations, including oversight of a Marketing Executive and coordination with external partners and agencies.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, product unveilings, and key digital initiatives.
  • Support brand visibility by organising promotional events, trade shows, and product showcases.
  • Analyse competitor activity and market trends to guide strategic planning and keep the brand ahead of industry shifts.
  • Track campaign performance, interpret data insights, and refine marketing tactics to maximise results.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to maintain cohesive brand messaging and ensure internal alignment.
  • Control marketing budgets with a focus on delivering high return on investment and operational efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated success in leading brand initiatives, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.
  • Well-versed in digital marketing channels, brand development, and shifting consumer behaviours.
  • Confident team leader with experience overseeing internal staff and managing relationships with external agencies.
  • Combines strategic vision with a practical mindset to execute impactful marketing plans.
  • Strong project coordination abilities paired with clear and effective communication skills.
