This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join the company, working closely with the Managing Director and playing a key role in day-to-day finance operations while supporting ongoing business growth.

What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
- Prepare monthly management accounts, cashflow forecasts, and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with VAT, tax filings, and statutory requirements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning alongside the Managing Director
- Oversee general office and finance administration
- Maintain and improve financial systems, processes, and controls
- Assist with audits and liaise with external accountants and advisors
- Complete ad hoc tasks to support business and operational needs
About You
- Experienced Bookkeeper or part-qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or QBE
- Background in a sole finance role or small business environment is highly desirable
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident working independently and managing competing priorities
- Strong communicator, comfortable working closely with senior management
- Proactive and adaptable, with a hands-on approach
