About you

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Office Manager, or Assistant Accountant
  • Confident managing end-to-end bookkeeping - sales and purchase ledgers, reconciliations, and payroll support
  • Knowledge of ROI compliance, VAT, and documentation for cross-border trade
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities autonomously

What you'll do

  • Manage all aspects of bookkeeping including AP/AR, reconciliations, and monthly reporting
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure efficient internal operations
  • Handle VAT returns and ROI trade compliance for buying and selling across borders
  • Support purchasing, logistics, and supplier management activities
  • Liaise with external accountants and auditors to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
  • Contribute to ongoing system improvements and sustainability projects
