About you
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Office Manager, or Assistant Accountant
- Confident managing end-to-end bookkeeping - sales and purchase ledgers, reconciliations, and payroll support
- Knowledge of ROI compliance, VAT, and documentation for cross-border trade
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks)
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities autonomously
What you'll do
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping including AP/AR, reconciliations, and monthly reporting
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure efficient internal operations
- Handle VAT returns and ROI trade compliance for buying and selling across borders
- Support purchasing, logistics, and supplier management activities
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
- Contribute to ongoing system improvements and sustainability projects
