About the role
The successful candidate will report to the Financial controller and assist in the day to day running of the busy finance function.
- Maintaining Purchase and Sales ledgers using SAGE LINE 50
- Assisting Accounts Manager and Financial Controller with preparing weekly/monthly reports
- Assist with managing of credit control
- Bank reconciliations
- Creditor and Debtor Reconciliations
- Assisting in preparation of UK & EU VAT returns & Intrastat returns to the Revenue commissioners and the HMRC
- Assist with Payroll processes including managing a clock in system
About you
The successful Bookkeeper will have at least 2+ years' experience in a s similar environment and be confident using Sage 50.
- Previous experience using Sage
- Transferable skills from previous experience
- Excel proficient
- Experience with preparing accounts to trial balance
- Self starter and a great team player
