Client

VANRATH are working with a globally recognised law firm based in Belfast who are currently recruiting a Billing Specialist to join their team.
The Billing Specialist will initially join on a 12-month contract basis. Reporting to the Management Accountant, the Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end billing of an IP client revenue portfolio. From matter management, and WIP/bill review stages through to bill processing and e-bill submission.

The Ideal Person

Are you a finance professional with experience of billing and keen to join an expanding business:

• Experience in a finance function setting
• General understanding of accountancy and finance principles
• Ability to work on own initiative
• IP knowledge is a benefit

Responsibilities

As a Billing Specialist you will:

• Prepare draft invoices
• Fully understand the end-to-end IP billing process for each client
• Assist with smooth transitioning of new clients
• Serve as a primary point of contact and specialist in the area of IP bill management
• Monthly billing reconciliations
