VANRATH are delighted to working with a leading company in Belfast. As Billing Analyst you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions across the Billing and Revenue functions.

What you'll do

  • Accounts Receivable: customer account setup, billing, collections, and revenue reporting
  • Generate, reconcile, and send accurate invoices
  • Daily cash application and reconciliations
  • Collaborate with customers and the sales team for accurate account and invoicing setup
  • Manage the Billing inbox and respond to customer inquiries
  • Identify and implement process improvements in billing operations.
  • Assist with the annual audit and various ad-hoc projects.

About you

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in accounting or billing revenue
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • You will possess strong systems / IT skills, (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP's)
  • Proven record of meeting tight deadlines
