What you'll do:

  • Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality bid and tender documentation
  • Coordinate contributions from internal technical, commercial, and planning teams
  • Manage document control and ensure accurate versioning across tender submissions
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather relevant information and documentation
  • Support business development activities, including maintaining bid templates and opportunity tracking
