Demonstrable experience working on substantive finance transactions.
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and commercial advisory skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team, with excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
Desirable:
Experience working across both Northern Irish and wider UK and Irish jurisdictions.

Proven ability to cultivate client relationships and support business-development efforts.
What We Offer

A stimulating, high-quality work environment with exposure to complex and high-value matters.
Competitive salary and benefits package, aligned with experience.
Clear prospects for career progression and development, with potential for future leadership roles.
A modern Belfast-based office with an inclusive culture and strong emphasis on professional and personal development.
