Overview
My client, a health organisation in the public sector, is currently modernising their IT Infrastructure, deploying new and revolutionising IT systems, across their sites in Belfast City Centre and have a requirement for Band 5 IT Support Officer to join their IT team as soon as possible. You'll be primarily supporting the Encompass project, preparing the way for the deployment of EPIC. You'll be supporting a team of IT Technicians and Deployment engineers, providing technical support across servers, printers, networks etc.

About you
- Strong IT Systems and Support experience
- Server experience - troubleshooting (print/DNS - diagnosing and fixing network break points)
- Printer setup - reserving the IP, configuring wireless/ethernet Zebra printers
- Strong Active Directory experience - moving devices within OU's
- TDR / EPIC experience would be great to have
- Driving licence and access to own car
What you'll do as a Band 5 IT Support Officer
- Support the rollout of EPIC within the Encompass programme
- Provide strong technical support for various IT Systems
- Servers - troubleshooting (print/DNS - diagnosing and fixing network break points)
- Printer setup - reserving the IP, configuring wireless/ethernet Zebra printers
- Extensive use of Active Directory - moving devices within OU's etc
- TDR / EPIC experience would be great to have
- Work at fast pace to deliver excellent IT service
- Travel to various sites across Belfast
