What you'll do

As an External Auditor Senior, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information for Northern Ireland based clients. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of audit experience, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. The is very little travel required for this role.

Conducting Audits: Execute external audits for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments and identify areas for process improvement, providing valuable insights to clients for enhancing their financial controls.
Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business operations and financial systems to tailor audit procedures accordingly.
Documentation: Prepare comprehensive audit documentation, reports, and findings, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a flexible and supportive team culture, contributing to the collective success of the audit team.
Professional Development: Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.

About you:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional qualification, part or full ACCA
Minimum of 3 years of external audit experience.
Thorough understanding of audit methodologies and accounting principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in relevant auditing software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
