About you:
- Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE
- Experience in clinical negligence, healthcare litigation, or regulatory matters
- Strong drafting, advocacy, and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of litigation processes and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communicator with a client-centred approach
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Proactive, pragmatic, and commercially minded
What you'll do:
- Assist in defending clinical negligence and professional misconduct claims
- Advise healthcare professionals and organisations on regulatory investigations and complaints
- Prepare pleadings, witness statements, and legal submissions
- Support representation at inquests and disciplinary hearings
- Contribute to case strategy, risk management, and client relationship building
