VANRATH are recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on various commercial fit out projects in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Remuneration:
c£30,000 - £35,000 + package

Client:
Our client is a leading interior fit-out contractor that have been operating for over 50 years. They specialise in creating outstanding interior fit-outs for the commercial, hospitality and retail sectors. The company take pride in creating bespoke solutions for their clients and due to the quality of their work win a lot of repeat business.

The company are continuously growing due to an increase in workload and as a result they have a great opportunity for an up and coming Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based in their offices near Belfast.

The Ideal Person:

• Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
• Track record working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Ideally have some experience working on commercial fit out projects
• Good commercial skills and awareness
• Strong numerical, IT and problem-solving skills
• Good communication & negotiation skills
