VANRATH are delighted to be representing a young but fast growing energy provider, that now has a need for an Assistant Plant Manager to assist the Plant Manager with an increasing workload, due to the demand for their essential product. This is an excellent chance to join a growing company with a clear vision moving forward.

The ideal person:

• Experience in bio gas industry or related
• Ability to effectively manage a team
• Engineering / Sciences / Biochemical background/education
• Ability to work shifts when needed

As the Assistant Plant Manager, duties will include:

• Registration of production data and maintenance of databases to a high standard
• Goods reception, registration and stock control of all consumables and equipment
• Participate in research and development as required by the company
• Participate in and prepare improvement strategies
• Development and implementation of policies and procedures where required
• Participate in and provide reporting on biological, chemical, and quality trends within the AD system
