About you

  • Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems such as Infor LN
  • Solid understanding of standard costing and financial reporting processes
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Proactive with a 'can do' attitude and strong attention to detail

What you'll do

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and variance reports
  • Collaborate with operations to support decision-making and improve financial performance
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management
  • Enhance financial reporting processes for greater efficiency
  • Support credit control and supplier management activities
  • Present operational KPIs and contribute to ad hoc finance projects that add value to the business
