About you
- Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems such as Infor LN
- Solid understanding of standard costing and financial reporting processes
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Proactive with a 'can do' attitude and strong attention to detail
What you'll do
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and variance reports
- Collaborate with operations to support decision-making and improve financial performance
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management
- Enhance financial reporting processes for greater efficiency
- Support credit control and supplier management activities
- Present operational KPIs and contribute to ad hoc finance projects that add value to the business
