Assistant Management Accountant

As part of this growth, they are looking for a motivated Assistant Management Accountant to support the Financial Controller across multiple entities within the group.

What You'll Do:
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Support Accounts Payable and Receivable
- VAT returns and EC sales
- Help manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple group entities
- Contribute to month-end and year-end close processes
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including auditors
- Support finance projects and process improvement initiatives as the business scales
About You:
- Part-qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or working towards qualification or Accounting Technician
- Strong Excel skills and a good grasp of financial systems
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Able to prioritise workload in a fast-moving, multi-entity environment
- Passion for sustainability and interest in working for a purpose-led organisation
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
