VANRATH is exclusively recruiting on behalf of a leading NI public sector organisation, to appoint an Assistant HR Director, available on a full time, permanent basis.
Interested candidates should have a minimum;
3 + years exp of working within a large complex organisation (300 + employees)
Experience of leading strategic work programmes that have delivered successful outcomes in terms of organisational efficiency or business performance
Professional credibility in providing Human Resources advice and guidance to senior management within a fast-paced operating environment.
Proven track record of leading and motivating people professionals to achieve high standards of performance.
Innovative approach to delivering people solutions and overseeing organisational cultural change programmes.
A degree or equivalent qualification in relevant area (HR, Business etc) and Chartered CIPD membership.
