What you'll do
- Assist in preparing monthly and year-end financial statements for the company and its subsidiaries, handling multiple currencies
- Support month-end and annual close processes, including accounting entries, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and fixed asset depreciation
- Prepare journal entries and perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Review Accounts Payable invoices and process purchase orders
- Assist with VAT returns and respond to auditor queries
- Provide support to departments on accounting issues and queries
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the EMEA Accounting Manager
About you
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Experience with SAP and intermediate Excel skills
