About you:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CIPFA) with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
- Proven experience in finance operations and financial control
- Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and delivering results
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
What you'll do:
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Manage month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Oversee financial controls, systems, and process improvements
- Support audit processes and the production of statutory financial statements
- Manage cash flow and produce forecasting models
- Provide financial insights, KPIs, and analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver effective financial support and challenge
