About you:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CIPFA) with a minimum of 3 years' PQE
  • Proven experience in finance operations and financial control
  • Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and delivering results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems


What you'll do:

  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Manage month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Oversee financial controls, systems, and process improvements
  • Support audit processes and the production of statutory financial statements
  • Manage cash flow and produce forecasting models
  • Provide financial insights, KPIs, and analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver effective financial support and challenge
